​As the founding member of the company, Heath Hartwig has been involved with various aspects of property and engineering surveys. Heath’s survey experience qualifies him to manage projects involving boundary surveys, platting, Alta surveys, topographic design, and to research, estimate, and coordinate survey department resources to meet project requirements. With his computer skills, Heath drafts all types of drawings and digital terrain models. He also interfaces directly with drafting and engineering staff on planning, scheduling, and layout of construction projects.

JOSH BAGLEY, PLS, CFEDS
Survey Manager
Mr. Bagley is 1 of 234 surveyors in the United States to be federally certified and a Professional Land Surveyor in 5 states (ID, WA, AZ, OR, MT). Josh is a graduate of the Oregon Institute of Technology, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Land Surveying. He is a highly sought after PLS in the Northwest. He joined H2 Surveying after serving as the Survey Manager for W&H Pacific in their Spokane office. With over 19 years of experience, Josh leads the H2 team as the Survey Manager. Josh's many surveying skills include conducting boundary, topographic and ALTA surveys, and heavy and commercial construction staking.

RANDY HAMILTON, PE
Civil Engineer
Mr. Hamilton is a Licensed Professional Engineer with over 10 years of experience. Randy is a graduate of Boise State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and joined the h2 team in 2014. His engineering experience includes: land development, site planning, cost estimating, erosion control design and management, stormwater treatment and management, mass grading, road/access development/planning, sanitary sewer improvement design, water system improvement design, highway development, plan drafting, project management and representation, public presentation, construction surveying, and project inspection services.
